Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel a recurring APS TOOLS PRO subscription according to the payment provider's available cancellation process. Cancellation stops future renewal; access already granted may continue until the applicable paid period ends, subject to the provider's rules.

2. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable payment-provider rules and Indian law. A payment being successfully completed does not by itself guarantee a refund.

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you are charged for a failed or duplicate transaction, contact us with the transaction reference and registered email. We will investigate the transaction and coordinate with the payment provider where applicable.

4. Support

For billing or refund support, email akhileshsworks@gmail.com with the relevant transaction details. Do not send passwords or payment PINs.
